Accessing Tax Returns and Forms in iSolved

Step-by-step Guide for Accessing Your Tax Returns and Forms

We know that many of our clients have started working with their banks to apply for the SBA Payroll Protection Loans and that the banks are requesting tax returns and forms in addition to the application.  Below you will find instructions on how to access the quarterly returns for 2019 and 2020 (which include the quarterly Form 941) as well as copies of your W2s and W3.

Accessing Quarterly Returns for 2019:

1. Log into your payroll account in iSolved.
2. On the bottom left side of the screen select the “Reporting” tab
3. Select “Quarterly Reports on Demand.”
4. Here you will find the quarterly reports for all quarters of 2019. Click on the blue “Download file” to download the reports to your computer. The Form 941 is the last form within the reports.

Accessing Quarterly Returns for 2020:

1. Log into your payroll account in iSolved.
2. On the bottom left side of the screen select the “Reporting” tab
3. Select “Return Archive”
4. Be sure to set the year to 2020 and the period to Q1. Click on “Filter”
5. Here you will find the quarterly reports for Q1 of 2020. Each report will be individual. The Form 941 is named “Federal Quarterly Tax Return.”
6. Click on the blue “View Report” to download it to your computer.

Accessing 2019 W2s and W3:

1. Log into your payroll account in iSolved.
2. On the bottom left side of the screen select the “Reporting” tab
3. Select “Year End Report Archive”
4. Make sure the year is 2019.
5. For W2s select “W-2 Pressure Seal” and click on View Report.
6. For W3 select “W-3 Transmittal” and click on View Report.
