Massachusetts Health Insurance Responsibility Disclosure

In 2007, Massachusetts mandated every employee had health insurance. BizChecks provided their clients with fewer than 9 employee’s electronic HIRD filing. For companies with over 9 employees, we provided all the information needed from payroll records to complete their filings. (More information is required than payroll to complete this form, such as insurance carrier, policy numbers, etc., mandating the employer complete the on-line filings.)
